Spread the love

So I’ve just started baking sourdough – I mean who hasn’t right!?

Really though, the baking of sourdough is a return to our roots. Any fermentation process is.

Being able to feed your family with what you have saved over the summer for the entirety of the winter without freezers. Can you imagine? Amazing.

Anyway, I digress!

Next I’m going to try this method:

This one seems a bit long-winded, with multiple small steps that can be spaced out in between your schedule.

The end result looks AMAZING so I’m keen to give it a try.

Time saver

I’m really not sure if it will be more time consuming or less and you know what they say…..time is money, or slipping away….or something like that.

I’ll let you know which one yields the best results 🙂
